This project has been a joint volunteer effort led by Bobak Emamian, DeRay Mckesson, William Donahoe, Chris Meyers, Nicky Chulo, Pawel Piekarski, Frank Chi, Nicholas Fulstra & Maestra. With a combined set of experiences spanning community organizing to traditional politics to start-up and tech/design, the site was developed and built to meet an immediate set of resource needs.

COVID-19 Freelance Artist Resources

COVID-19: Black Girl Magik Wellness Initiative
Black Girl Magik, a collective conjuring a global sisterhood for women across the African diaspora, has launched a global wellness initiative providing tangible resources to help you through this time from a mindful approach. Find it here.
COVID-19 Communication Symbols
Nelini Stamp is the Co-Founder of Resistance Revival Chorus, a collective of women + non-binary artists and activists who sing protest music in the spirit of joy and resistance. Nelini shared this on Twitter: “As people are self quarantined & as cities will likely shut down in the US a bunch of organizers have put together a color code guide of communication so we can know how are neighbors are doing.” Read Nelini’s helpful Twitter thread on this helpful tool.
