We created a reading challenge to further dig into our creative freedom this year.

We believe that books and literacy both serve as the gateways to personal and communal freedom. 

Our reading challenge is designed for you to explore and connect by way of books in such a way that always you to grow not just as a creator but also as a person.

  1. All book authors must be by Black writers with the exception of the books recommended by #blkcreatives. This book in particular is one we highly recommend for writers.
  2. Tag us (@blkcreatives everywhere!) in your reads/filled spaces throughout the year so we can see what you’re reading.
  3. That’s it! Search for suggestions via our Bookshop.
