Our team of five Black women spend a lot of time, attention, energy, care, and strategy to ensure that Black creators are nurtured personally and professionally.
By nurturing the contributions of all Black creators, we sustain, preserve and elevate our culture. As a lighthouse for unresolved talents, we guide Black creators from doubt and uncertainty into confidence and clarity. However, we do not do this alone. We stand on the belief that true strength lies in community. For us, it’s truly collaboration over competition.
Some of the ways we’ve collaborated with our community have included raising money for projects and personal needs, sent community members to experiences like Culture Con 2022 and the Honk For Jesus LA movie premiere, directly paying creators as a part of our brand partnership activations, amplified events, shared resources inside of our membership communities, and referring creators for various projects.
When we come together, the culture flexes.
